    For me it was very easy.
    I started losing hair at the age of 20 and simply said fuck it and shaved it all.
    Now at the age of 33, it is so natural for me to be bald, that when I see some hair grow I immediately get a shave.
    Didn't have any problem finding a beautiful woman(been together for close to 10 years) or felt ashamed in any way.
    On the contrary, It gave me confidence.

      My comment that I just put out. Fellas your hair doesn't make you. You make you. When I met my husband he was 38 years old. Oh he had already started balding. He didn't realize this because his hair was very long and it covered up a lot of his thinning. Plus he was in denial. When I brought it up to him he became very emotional. I laughed. He said are you laughing at me. I said no the whole situation. If you think that I'm dating you for your hair you're sadly mistaken. I love men with shaved heads. I also love men with fur on their face. Be it a beard mustache goatee I like it all. I express to my husband don't fret. I never liked you because of your hair. I like you because you're a tenacity you're intelligence your kindness your ability to capture attention, with your words not your hair. And fell into laughter. I said your hair doesn't make you you make you. And that's that it's as simple as that. He now shapes his head and I love it. I love every inch of him. We've been together 21 years.
      On the other end of the spectrum. My immune system has seen fit to attack my hair follicles. I'm going bald. I can try many things such as shots and chemicals or drugs on my hair. I have a hard time with synthetic medications. I don't even want to go there. I'm super excited to get to the point where I can pixie cut my hair, and get a whole bunch of wigs. I'm not my hair. Never was. I'm still the same person I am as I was with my hair. I'm not emotional over this because I realize we have a lot of things in our system that are causing havoc on our bodies. I wouldn't assist with so many women and men. It's all good.

      Yea, it's cool to not have to worry about it. I'm 49 and it's been so long since I've had hair that it would be weird now. I guess if I could just snap my fingers and have a full head of hair I'd probably do it but it's not really a big deal to me. I've got a friend who's 28 or 29 and he's really freaking out over losing his hair so I guess I'm lucky to have never gone through all that. I actually still had hair when I started shaving but I could tell it was thinning and I just didn't feel like dealing with it. I've gotten lazy about it in my old age and only shave it maybe once a week or so. Some girls like me, some girls don't. I stay in shape and make ok money so there are enough of them that like me to keep me busy.

    I had a friend who freaked out when his hairline started receding. He had a strip of hair moved to his forehead to restore his original hairline. Of course, his hairline continued to recede, leaving him bald behind the strip of healthy hair. He ended up looking RIDICULOUS, with this totally fake-looking strip of hair all alone on his forehead. He had to shave that strip of hair daily so he didn’t look so comically bad. Why the surgeon never mentioned that his hair would continue to recede is a mystery.

They can't be expected to know enough information about the procedure to even know WHAT to research, let alone understand all the nuance involved.

    • @Reynolds69er
      @Reynolds69er Před 3 lety +4

      @@rdizzy1 no, I would not expect people to do research on heart surgery because anyone having heart surgery would almost certainly NEED heart surgery, therefore any research they do would be unnecessary. The difference is, if you're choosing to have a hair transplant in the same vain as any cosmetic surgery, you're researching who to do it with, prices and final results. You would expect the person to do the tiniest but of research to find out how they actually work.

    As someone who as a teen had oily skin, large pores, suffered from acne, and so was left with many visible veins in the nose, I envy your clear, even, almost poreless skin. Things are better now though. I lived in Japan for more than a decade and at a certain point discovered Biore products, starting with their nose masks, which finally cleaned the sebum out my pores and eventually allowed them to shrink. The general reduction of inflammation caused by that dirty old sebum led to the gradual reduction of veins near the surface, for which I was hugely grateful. Vigorous washing with Spectrogel-type cleansers and I suppose also a reduction in testosterone in my system - I'm 73 - means that finally I'm not quite as smooth as you, but good enough. I also have mild male-pattern baldness, but the hell with it.

    I had a Dhi procedure. One doctor one technician. Doctor took the hair out . Nurse split the hairs. The technician then put the hairs in a pen and the doctor did the implantation. 1800 grafts completed in 6 hours by one doctor . And the price! $3800 ....
    I’m really happy with my results:) ps absolutely no swelling with the Dhi method...

    My hair started going thin in my early 20's, but my late 20's I just had to shave it off. At this point I've too much loss - I would need 6000+ grafts if it was even possible. I'll just stick to shaving my head in the shower every day :) You seem very knowledgeable and it was enjoyable watching this video. A lot of people here in Europe go to Turkey for cheap hair transplants, but I'd rather be bald and look normal than have a weird looking hair transplant done by unqualified people with little experience.
