Just so people know, this was an invitation for John to come and do a meet and greet as well as get some work in. He was never gonna go full tilt this close to his match with Devon.
Mad respect for John, but it won't matter how hard he pulls... Devon is getting ridiculously massive....also his right arm has grown in length and girth...how...not sure but check out his latest post.

He didn’t have to go full tilt to see he was not able to hold the guy. And just watching the first match again. He did go into a little shake. Probably close to full power and the other guy didn’t seem to mind….

John Brzenk is an absolute living legend. Sure he's lost matches, but the man has cemented his status dominating the sport for over 30+ years beating guys who are much bigger than he was throughout his whole career.
The undeniable fact is no arm wrestler could match his legacy & longevity. Even now at 57 years of age, John is still a beast.
Even if he loses against Devon in their upcoming match it doesn’t change anything. John is still & will always be the goat.

Man, I'm startng to agree with Devon. I think he may get hurt in the upcoming match. Can't even comprehend why John is even practice pulling with his injury, he's not resting at all. It's nuts
He knows what he's doing.
With any “injury” like this you need blood flow. John doesn’t really believe in lifting weights or gym work. He uses table time for everything. Getting a decent pump at this practice actually helped him. It’s how he recovers. He never once fully turned it on. All of us knew that.
I love the redheads tenacity and war cries. The first war cry she let out at 21:03 livened the party up a bit and you can see it in the faces of the crowd. I'm a "growler" as well when lifting. I'm not sure why war cries aren't more popular honestly a lot of them get ugly but make no noise at all, it definitely adds to the power.

Being a pro armwrestler, results may be different,but my observation is not wrong. Endurance needs more practice and lost strength takes longer to regain and at 57 everything takes even longer. John is my idol, I hope he wins too,but I am being practical

Like they always try to tell Devon often times before a match lol its a win win situation for both sides whether John loses or not its a win win for John and Devon.

Most internet know-nothings watch stuff like this and think it's just matches and that John is somehow struggling with these guys. It is just practice, getting in a little work, with no intent of going for hits or pins because being healthy is far more important than a little pride at the practice table. Everyone who knows John - or Devon, for that matter - will tell you that those guys make you feel like a monster at the practice table. In real match situations, however, none of these guys would stress John at all.
Wisest comment on Armwrestling practice period. Casuals have no idea that if this was actual competition, it would be a one way street for them all with Brzenk in game on mode. Adrenaline doesn't kick in in practice, heart rates are blood flow are still idling. Come competition its a different story, and John Brzenk's biology - whatever that is - goes to nuclear level. You won't see that at practices.
