Lots of fuzz, rotary and reverb all cranked to 11 would be my guess.
Guitar sound effect is tape flutter on purpose.

So I was finally able to discern the lyrics to Black Caiman after MANY listens. After figuring out a couple of lines still giving me trouble by slowing down playspeed, I am positive this is 100% correct:

im pretty sure its a rly wet chorus pedal and overdrive/crunch, maybe add some flanger too

@@BYLLI_00 the prison affair schtick is tasteless and i'm not a fan of this version of the eggpunk sound. i saw them live and they're far better live, and i did have a good time, but still i'm not a fan. but nowadays i wouldn't say i "hate" them, i'm more indifferent
