The community is located 7-10 minutes from downtown Tradition, 10-15 minutes from I-95 and 40 minutes from Jensen Beach. You are about 35 minutes north of Jupiter, and 45-50 minutes from West Palm Beach, FL.
Cadence at Tradition offers one of the some of the most affordable single family homes and townhomes with tons of upgrades that many builders don't offer in the base price of every model. Can a realtor beat the flex incentives the builder has to offer?
I’m slightly confused on the question? Do you mean vs a private seller?
I’m also going to state as a realtor I get notified of the builder incentives directly from the sales people because I’m in the office weekly . I just negotiated $53k off a home in way of incentives for a cash buyer on a quick move in home. Buyers don’t benefit anything trying to go directly to the builder. As a Realtor I don’t charge my clients a single penny to use me. The builder pays all my commissions etc
So I’ve been watching your videos for awhile and I noticed a lot of the houses in Tradition that are 3+ rooms there are only 2 or 2.5 bathrooms …. What if I wanted a 3rd bathroom could i get that built ?
Yes lots of models have the option to convert a half bath into and full 3rd bath

Hi David. Why does it show $450,990+ on your thumbnail but then you go on to say near the end of the video that the Shenandoah floor plan starts at $535,000 up to $562,990?
You are 100% correct, I stated the wrong price at the end of the video, the Base Price of $450,990 + is for the Shenandoah floor plan, I just got done doing the walk through video of the Mount Rainier prior to this video on the same day and the Mount Rainier starts at $535,990. The Thumbnail Is 100% correct at $450,990.00. You are the first to catch this hiccup on the video. I didn't even catch it myself.
