What a wonderful space! I have the 5x5 Ikea storage and it does hold a lot, but you'd also have a harder time accessing stuff on the top shelf, so what you have now is great. I also have the Brother sewing/embroidery combo machine that is like yours (only with the sewing capabilities). Because I have a newer Brother Embroidery machine (Stellaire), I mostly use the combo machine for sewing. You are right it is a great machine, but I have to tell you that the ease of use, the screens, and onboard editing has come light years since the time you bought your machine. Just curious if you have looked at the newer ones recently?
I am so happy to hear that I am better off with the 4x4! Thank you for that!! I have not looked at the recent ones! I have my Bernina that could be turned into an embroidery machine but I have not done it yet. What machine would you recommend?
@@___lapaisa___ Depending on how into embroidery you want to get into. I really only understand the Brother brand, so I can't advise on your Bernina. If 5x7 is a good fit for you, I'd look into the newest 5x7 Brother embroidery only machines. They all have wi-fi capability now and that is a lot of fun. All have larger color screens, loads more onboard editing features, such as the ability to add patterns together, display color changes made onscreen, being able to add text in multiple lines, and jump thread trimming! If you are at al interested in Disney/Pixar licensed designs, Brother is the way to go. Some of the bigger machines such as the Stellaire series have the ability to display your embroidery hoop on screen and you can virtually place your designs onto the item. They are coming out with a new TOL machine on MOnday, but it is estimated to be >$20,000! The smaller machines will sto do a fantastic job aat a fraction of the price. And, I'd sti hold onto your 770. Even though the technoogy is not as advanced, it does a great job at what it does do. Best idea is to look at the Brother website and visit a Brother dealer. I don't work for the company at all....just a user of the product and a fan.
