I heard that the reason he left is that Patrick said he hates tea, cheese and Sharpe…..then Peachy had a fight I the car park, on his own…. 😢😂
The fight in the car park definitely happend but it was over Pat eating all the Biscuits that made Peachy throw in the towel lol

With a set of pliers, paperclips can be straightened out so they can still work for the flag poles. If anyone is interested that is.
Even your hobby clippers can be used, just dont clamp down hard.

Those look fantastic. As someone who has been into Warhammer since about 1993; its wild to see how far its come. Cheers from Minnesota USA
For decals I have a dedicated shallow plastic bowl with a sponge in it. I put some water in the bottom of the bowl so that the sponge is damp and then just place the decals on the sponge. It’s the perfect wet level to release the decals from the paper and can be reused over and over, just empty the water out of the bowl and let it all dry out when you are done.
Im genuinely upset about Peachy leaving. Looking forward I hope Peachy and Painting Phase grow in their separate ways to do amazing things.

Probably best to do a video/podcast, even a short one, addressing peachy leaving as many fans may be unaware of it, especially if they mainly listen on Spotify or similar. I didn’t know myself until it came up on Valrak’s stream the other day despite being a big painting phase fan. Shame to see peachy leave, personally I’m much more of a pod fan than a fan of painting videos so I’ll be sticking to just listening along but good luck to him on his new venture and I hope things ended on a positive note.

Loved the Goblin Green bases! Been diving in to the Kill Team rules and getting really close to grabbing some orks and starting. Videos like these make me want to paint some orks more and more.

I really like the texture of the glyphs over the rough side of masking tape, I could imagine painting the top tan then doing a black wash, then applying decals and then cutting the shape out and sticking the tape to a piece of cloth or leather as a canvas patch.

My biggest dissaponitment about BR is that all the lore about them stealing is a fanbase meme. Unironically, when I started building my SM army I really like thei colour scheme but hate painitng their logo (instead I used DA shoulder pads but painted them in BR colour scheme), The joke was, that this chapter were the one who were stealing relics from others IoM factions but because they had simillar colour scheme, everybody was mistaking them for BR. Granted, I dropped that idea because the other part of their lore was being DA succsesor chapter that was taken control over by Fallen but I scrapped that it once Lion return and unless I wanted to turn them full chaos renaged there was no way to keep it. So now Im in the middle of some repainting (shame I cant post picture. Their are still red but with 'rakhart flesh' knees, chest, helmets and elbow). While theire new lore is being Cursed founding chapter with hyperactive Omophagea geneseed flaw.

As a Kill Team player I just have to point out this is not a legal Kill Team. This is just a collection of 7 cool models.
I didn't want to say, but yeah it's true. Lovely models though.
Totally fair, but the term "kill team" predates the modern version of the Kill Team game (and incidentally the previous versions too 😂) and has long been used to describe small tactical groups of models, especially one with a lot of flair, a shared theme, and possibly a small narrative the creator of the kill team has imagined for them.

Am I the only person glad to see the end of these crappy painting videos? I'll miss Peachy, he was great on the podcasts, such amazing banter between all 3. But as a painter honestly guys...he's just okay. There are so many other better painters out there with channels already I'm sick of them - I'd love to follow Peachy still, but we just don't need more painting guides in our lives. Give me more fun, more banter.

Peachy is an excellent painter he just makes videos for less skilled painters to help people get models on the table. He literally trained people on the 'eavy metal team
Luckily painting guides AND banter filled podcasts can exist at the same time without stopping the other thing from happening.

As someone else said Peachy is an excellent painter. For all we know the direction they've gone in is deliberately more beginner friendly so it doesn't include the more advanced and high level stuff Peachy is more than capable of doing.
