Good afternoon passengers. This is your captain speaking. First I'd like to welcome everyone on Rightwing Flight 86A. We are currently cruising at an altitude of 33,000 feet at an airspeed of 400 miles per hour. The time is 1:25 pm. The weather looks good and with the tailwind on our side we are expecting to land in London approximately fifteen minutes ahead of schedule. The weather in London is clear and sunny, with a high of 25 degrees for this afternoon. If the weather cooperates we should get a great view of the city as we descend. The cabin crew will be coming around in about twenty minutes time to offer you a light snack and beverage, and the inflight movie will begin shortly after that. What about the sound made by an old-fashioned, upright, hot water tank or hot water geyser? The kind that used to be in the bathroom. The sound of the bath filling would be overlain by this deep, cavernous, echoing sound as the geyser started to refill.
I've been looking for ages for this soothing sound from my childhood.

I read your comment before going on planes in July. Planes are a more high pitched, idk how to explain it, but it is very similar. I used brown noise on the plane to nap 🤣

wheni listen to this a few months ago I hadn't had a nightmare in a while but right when I listened to this to go to sleep ,because I saw a video about it saying it'll help you sleep, I had a really bad nightmare
I've had a nightmare too, but otherwise I've had pretty vivid dreams or no dreams.

This reminds me of the time I was trying to eat fruit by the foot and i rolled it up into a ball and then at a party i choked on it in front of everyone and had to give myself the heimlich maneuver and threw it up on the floor like a cat coughing up a hair ball. There was a second...just a moment i thought i was going to die and this was the sound i heard.

Yes there you are relaxing to the sound of the engines from your spaceship just about to fall asleep when you hear a skittering sound coming from down the hall and maybe some jaws knocking together and at that moment we suddenly remembered that hyperspace warning about xenomorphs in this area....
