I'm doing a job removing a norway maple stump for a customer. Along the way I hit a big rock! That was only a minor setback as I dug the rock out of the ground and finished the job.
That's why you can use a pressure washer to expose what's underneath and around the roots without digging . simply dig out a slurry ditch first so the water can drain out and away .
Yeah I guess you're right, it went from a stump to mulch and dirt! Most of the jobs I do is just grinding the stump, chip removal is usual separate. A lot of homeowners just use it for much or spread it around in their gardens.

Yeah that's a good idea, thanks!
@@gdchannel73 we had a tree that had communication lines under it .
That would be taking the easy way.😮
@@michaellalanae7228 I talk to the trees ! Even wrote a song about it.
5:52 This video really shows the power of modern stump removal equipment.
Well, that scratched an itch i get from time to time.
Instead of horse power,
Beaver power
( All hail the Beaver)
Haha thanks!
Beaver power is the strongest force on earth.
[Termite hubby] "What's for dinner?" [Termite wife] "Jumbo Stump." [Termite hubby] Mm! Mmm! My favorite."
Great Video 👍🏼
Thanks, I appreciate that!
Reminds me of eating an elephant. One bite at a time.
Haha yeah, true!
Liked the closeups.
Thanks a lot, I appreciate that!

Auto stump grinders make the job a lot easier… stay on yo grind
Hey thanks and yeah that's true for sure!
I'm curious, how much did you charge for that job?
Like most people say each job is different and depends on your area but I that it was $350 CAD.
This is my first time seeing you. Hope everything turns out ok
Hi thanks for the comment! It turned out well, hitting rocks etc is pretty common with stump grinding so I'm used to it!
Is that a 2023 or a 2024 Vermeer stump cutter????. Фронтальным погрузчиком не проще дёрнуть пень?.
I got it late in 2021, so I'm pretty sure it was the 2022 model.
Whats up boss! Thanks for the video. How long would you say that stump took to grind?
Do you have to do an 811 dig call before doing this in case there are buried water, gas, sewer, cable, etc?
Yes we have a similar call before you dig service that we have to call.
I find them all the time in NE Ohio
Фронтальным погрузчиком не проще дёрнуть пень?
Многие рабочие места имеют доступ к заднему двору, что затрудняет доставку туда большой машины.
waht kind of engine is there
It's a 37 hp Kohler gas engine. Thanks for watching!
Is that a 2023 or a 2024 Vermeer stump cutter????🤨🤨🤨🤨🤔🤔🤔🤔
I bought it in late 2021, so I believe it's the 2022 model.
@@gdchannel73 ok.
Do u any wood chipper demo videos?????🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
I hit a ax maul head with my grinder
What would u charge for a job like this?
You could have accomplished the same thing by setting it on fire a few times. Would have also cost less.
Haha yeah true. In a more rural area it would be easier than where that house is located though.
I have ground up countless half burned stumps out it the countryside. It's safe to say it's not effective
But you did not remove the stump? You just made a difference pile of wood? It says removal service!

Besides that every stump I've had ground usually settled down to just about ground level after a while.
had to mute the music out,,I was enjoying the machine..
Thanks, it's hard to know sometimes how music to put in, or not. Still learning and thanks for the feedback!
