Thumbs up of you think the fat man's walk is the best part of this scene.

I'm born and raised in NOLA, so I've seen my fair share of second lines and funerals. The slow walk and stepping in and out as much as forward is typical, but I've never seen anything like this before. Keep rewatching just that part. Really amusing. 😂

Best part of the scene is that joyous older lady in blue at 1:46!

We had workers come here from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina .
    Then there's this,
Brother Matthew Houston ,the Grand Marshall I found interesting as I first saw the
Live and Let Die Funeral scene. I suspected he was a Mason or Pastorial with his dignified character. He was called (Fats) but imagine strutting in the New Orleans heat sporting all that regalia. Well, the Grand Marshall will always be remembered.

So strange seeing places you see all the time in movies. My buddy used live a few streets over from where this was filmed. Can’t say I remember a “Fillet of Soul” being there though, lol. But maybe I’m wrong.

They did it with bio-magnets back in the days; however, this tech has been banned since then for civilian use and can only be applied in the military sector.

That's okay in the end Bond shuts down the heroine fake voodoo cult. Makes this movie even more fun to watch as well. This scene itself just gives you the impression that these guys are bad news and they need to be stopped.

@@TomHuckACAB That's only because Baron Samedi is supposed to be a spiritual entity.
However Baron Samedi couldn't kill Bond either. What really mattered is Bond stopping a faction of The Heroin Trade and all the whacky rituals that was going on in front of it all.
Less drugs in the world equals more sane people.
Love Live and Let Die, the 1954 novel by Ian Fleming is even better where Mr. Big and his organization is connected to SMERSH.
