If you ask me 16-17 is when magic happens for musicians. After that, people grow up and have 10 million different things running through their minds. I remember 10 years ago when I was 17, I could sing like a beast, and headliners were angry at organizers for letting a better band play before them. Too bad the guys from my band liked boozing more then playing music. If we weren't washed out before we even turned 18, someone would talk about me singing better when I was a kid, then an experienced adult.
