    Tony Rice is the best bluegrass guitarist to ever draw a breath

      Me too! I’ve heard him play on that one before I wonder if he was having hand problems that day or something.

    This is not sped-up. I've seen all of them play this tune faster than this. I do not understand why so many people think every uptempo bluegrass tune is sped up. Have you never been to a bluegrass festival and watched these musicians. That's one of the requirements with bluegrass you've got to be able to play super fast when called upon.

      Whenever one starts calling someone, " the best ....", they are setting themselves up for an argument.

      Doyle forgot about Burkett Graves, and Mike Auldridge. I thought they were both good. Certainly they were a pleasure to listen to.

    this is sped up, What's the point of that?

    • @waltercito47
      @waltercito47 Před 3 lety

      That's why I got bored with Bluegrass. It's become such a show-off medium. Gimme some Old Time.

      @@waltercito47 His point is that the video is sped up, not the song.
      Imagine being bored of bluegrass but enjoying "old time," which is code for bluegrass amateur-hour.
