Hi Chanel. I noticed how you stated in your video that you did not like how the waiter who brought you salt and pepper did not speak to you when you asked for it, and when it was brought to you - because I have been trying to get my order corrected that was made in June and only received a partial from what I paid almost $100 for from your Sipqualitea and have been left on read/delivered several times and never received a response via email with customer support as well. I’ve been asking for confirmation and a tracking number. I’m really unsure what else I could do at this point.

Hi Robyn, this was brought to my attention earlier this week and the team apologized and responded to your message within the day. In addition, we confirmed shipment of the missing item but multiple messages between DM and email have been sent even after they responded with a simple solution. I understand your frustration and ensured the missing tea was shipped out. Sending over 5 messages without allowing the package to be delivered and then commenting on this video is just a bit unreasonable. Our email policy states a 72 hour response time; keep in mind this was after your direct message on Instagram regarding the same order error was already answered.
