      Ghana is not the name of your kwasia country. The name Ghana was stolen from the Mende people of present day Mali. Since inception, the people of Gold Coast have never developed or invented anything meaningful . They're specialised in copying or stealing from others. Recall that aside the name Ghana you stole from Mali, the colours of the Ghanaian national flag was stolen from Ethiopia. Also, the symbolic black star was stolen from Marcus Garvey. Generally , Ghanaians don't want to work. They derive pleasure stealing from others and claiming everything and anything emanated from Ghana. Ghanaians even claimed the origin of creation. Although, Ghanaians are professionals in the field of beef, envy, jealousy, bitterness, hatred, anger and the much celebrated pull him down syndrome. Ode! Omo ale!!

    These people don't even know that the Nigerian National Anthem was even written by a Ghanaian.
    If Nigeria supported Ghana's charter to unit Africa, the entire continent would have been different. The same mindset of the Nigerian youth today was the mindset of the Nigerian leadership at the time Nkrumah was trying to unit Africa resulting in them mobilising a few other nations to oppose the vision Nkrumah had. They couldn't see how "SMALL" ordinary Ghana should lead the entire continent.
    Even the Ghanaian military men who took over power from Nkrumah were prepared in Nigeria to carry out that mission. In other words Nigeria provided the grounds for the planning and mobilisation of that team.

    In the late 50s and early 60s in Cape Coast Ghana almost 2/3 of the students in the secondary schools were Nigerians. All the smaller stores were being managed by Nigerians. Nigerians got free education in Ghana universities. When I went to Nigeria in 1980, most of the professionals in Nigerian had their university education in Ghana. Those friends treated me very well. During Nigerian civil war almost half of people from eastern Nigeria and 1/3 of western Nigerians fled to Ghana. I was with many of them in school and our neighborhood.

    This is one thing many young Africans don't know.When Congo was in trouble, Ghana is the only African country that sent troops to protect Patrick Lumbar. In fact it was Ghana Armed forces band that trained Congolese how to play instruments. East and South African countries ,Ghana trained them how to engage Apatheid in armed conflict. It was Ghana that gave Guinea ten million pounds when France bombarded the country. Many Africans got free education in Chana.

      @markconnor8426 My response is in relation to the content of this video and not a reflection of all Nigerians and all Ghanaians. However, it is good that Nigeria's youth are protesting against bad governance. But, it is not only Nigerian's youth that are fighting against bad governance. Once again, Ghana's youth took the lead role and stood against bad governance in the 70s and 80s under its military ruler JJ Rawlings. That changed the narrative for Ghana, so good luck, your comment Nigeria is the only country standing against ENDSARS and so on, is once again flawed, Ghana is still ahead in democracy. Nigeria is doing what Ghana did in the over 30 years ago. I also saw in another video this morning that a protest by Christians and Muslims together against Tinubu. It came late, but better than never, and once again, Ghana has maintained religious tolerance for as long as one can remember. Watch Ghana footballers, they pray the Catholic rosary and the Muslim beads in plain sight before matches. It does not make Ghana only, but show respect to the diverse religion in the Ghana football team and they respect they have for others' religion. What Nigeria is doing in the 21st century, Ghana did in the 20th century, and over half of the population of Ghana were not born in Rawlings time. Anyway, good luck with your fight for freedom and justice from your leaders. But Ghana did that in the 50s, 60s, 70s, and early 80s. it's a very long process and not a result of two or three days of protest.

    • @ivybannerman-wood453
      @ivybannerman-wood453 Před 5 měsíci

      @user-jr9zi8tk4u I believe the content of the video is more of comparisons than competition. It is good that Nigeria knows mind its business and address their challenges. A gentle reminder, Ghana has been fighting for freedom and justice since the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s, to enjoy whatever they have now and they are still working hard for betterment, no country has everything. So good luck, the elders fought for Independence from colonial rule, and the young people fought to sustain the FREEDOM AND JUSTICE, Ghana got from colonial rule. Today, Ghana is working towards modern FREEDOM AND JUSTICE. It is a working process, so good luck.

Your President Obasanjo was educated here in Ghana trained in the military barrack here. President Mugabe of Zimbabwe was educated here and President of Gambia too. Ghanaian🇬🇭 don't talk too much. Ghana has its own Ghana army from the colonial soldiers than any country in Ghana. Nkrumah trained soldiers to tople the British regime in other African states like Nigeria. The is clear. Don't mess with Ghana, Ghana is the Gate way to Africa.
