So this week is going to see us roll on with the letter M and M is going to do us so good BUT at the same time, give us a brand new line that we have never ever explored before as we head north for a stint with Northern and Transpennine Express
For today, we are going to be heading for the Tees Valley Line and to the showcase station which is going to be a very familiar station in the form of Middlesbrough but it might be the run home that puts a dampener on proceedings

I believe the set units thing came in when the Saltburn - Bishop Auckland service went from 1 train every 2 hours to 1 train every hour

Yeah because, and this is going back a little bit, I believe it used to do a service to Saltburn and then back to Bishops, back to Saltburn, then to Darlington and back to Saltburn to complete the circle

Right so The Sprinter compliation was pure pornography. And you're a brave man, LNER to Doncaster (BRAVE), TPE to Stockport (BRAVE AS FOCK) than relying on XC to perform a reliable service to Stafford (DOES THIS MAN HAVE NO BOUNDRIES!?)

No-one in their right mind would get off a train at South Bank! Fortunately Northern don't stop too many trains there.......
