Quantum of The Seas Alaskan Cruise/ 4 Days at Sea in 4K

- Hey all, in today's video, we explore the beautiful Royal Caribbean ship Quantum of the Seas! We dine at Jamie's Italian, Chops Grille, do bumper cars at sea, attempt to roller skate at sea (rough seas said otherwise), explore the Sea Plex, visit the solarium, and spend some time just hanging out. We were supposed to arrive in Victoria, BC on our last day, however a medical emergency on board made us change course and stop near Ketchikan, AK so the Coast Guard can make an at sea rescue. Which gave us an additional day at sea. Come with us and see how this family of 3 reacts to their first Royal Caribbean Cruise after 13 Disney Cruises!

Were you in the Solarium? It is 18+ now right? Did you have issues with Brody being with you? Or was it ok because he was with parents?
Yes- we were there when it was 16. And we were waiting for lunch at the Bistro ans decided to lay down for a bit and they did come by and ask his age.
So I’d imagine now they’re even more strict!
He’s mature and has a deep voice so we thought we’d be ok for a 15-20 min, but nope!

@@TravelingTrio OK thank you. We booked when it was 16+, but it is now 18+. My son will be 17 when we cruise. We're very disappointed that the change happened when it did. :/ I've also heard reports of elementary-aged kids in there unchecked, too. We'll see how it goes. Glad you had a good time!
@@stiper2331 ugh I get that!! That is such a disappointment :( But honestly, at 17, esp if he’s taller, he should be fine. Brody is a shorty!
