I can't say I've heard Sia, but will have to check her out. As for a Kylie, my opinion is that Dami has a much better vocal range and quality, but it's only natural that people will disagree, however I firmly believe this. Kylie is a better performer on stage though.
I agree, kylie is an entertainer not a good singer. How have you not heard sia?! Haha a little song called chandelier or titanium? But her older stuff is magic. I do like dami and she is talented.
