Hey Erin, I always enjoy your videos. Firstly, the pobs with the platforms looks so much better than those blasted action cards. I'm not even keeping up with those things. Secondly, I absolutely agree with your point about collectors being nuts. We spend money on pieces of paper that won't gain any value over time. Unlike sports cards which could become worth hundreds or more if the player turns out to be a star. Kpoppers probably won't appreciate in value. Despite that, I enjoy it. I love flipping through my many binders and looking at the pretty guys in my books. Its taken hard work, lots of money and dedication to complete sets, find cards for my biases, etc. However, it has gotten to the point where I also wanna cut back on collecting, specifically for ATEEZ. Sorry for this long answer, btw. I also collect Yeosang, but with Hwa and as you know, HWA is expensive. Due to the many cards KQ has dropped, we seem to never get a break. Surely there will be JPN CB on the horizon, I'm betting either right after anniversary or before XMAS. By that time we probably would've all gotten our gos from this era. *smiles* Bcos I pay so much attention to my ATZ collection, I don't have time for my other groups. I don't collect many, but I do more single idols from groups I love and they are way smaller than ATZ. They've gotten largely ignored because ATZ dropped alot and I'm not even done gathering all the album, platform, digi pcs since I'm OT8 on those. Anyway, I definitely agree, its time to cut back. Not just for money sake, but also for sanity. I'm so sorry I rambled! Love your videos and collection as always
🫶🏻 The action cards are the bane of my existence. But I feel you. It's a lot and can be very overwhelming at times. And I'm not even a completionist, and I still feel overwhelmed sometimes. And then I feel bad when I neglect some of my other collections, which I definitely have done with this ateez cb. It's a vicous cycle 🙃 But that's why I try to be real with myself and make sure I'm still enjoying it. And if I ever feel like I'm not, then I reevaluate my collection and what I want to do. Good luck with your collection and god speed. However much or little you cut back with your collection, I hope you still find joy in it ❤️
