I asked my teacher to go through the rolling feet 👣 Monday and it’s was the second most taxing class I’ve had; 🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀
It can be tricky for sure. I've had my share of sore feet too over the years :-)
Brian demonstrated a cover-and-pull drill quickly and said there's a CZcams video on their channel that goes into it in more depth. Please point me towards that video.
