This episode shows the problem with the lips sync for your life format because it allows a queen who isn't doing that great on the show except during lip sync performances to stay over a queen has objectively done much better and deserves to stay more based on track record. Mhi'ya has been in the bottom 3 times, she has NO SHOT at winning or even making it to the finale, we all know this. Production isn't even doing her a favor by letting her stay over Plasma, with the way the fandom is she'll get tons of hate for it.

Why I live for Mhiya. She's quiet and relatable.She can DANCE tf out. She's thick but she can move like that. She can do two flips without losing her breath, She doesnt have to rely on her gymnastics to win a lip sync, she's lip synced twice but she outdo herself everytime, and she's breaking lip sync curses. Her lip syncing skills is just as valuable as Q's sewing skills so It hurts to see haters coming for Mhiya.

Mhiya def slayed that lipsync and there was no way she should've been eliminated even if Plazzy did better standings-wise. I do think Nymphia should've won this challenge as she actually presented something Neo goth themed. No shade to Q that was a lovely garment, just not what the challenge asks for, not another panty out on the runway, and not another non-wig runway.

Carson and Ru specifically brought up the different textures and fabrics like the stoned lace and feathers etc. for Nymphia and the architectural elements of Dawns. Ru makes wack choices sometimes but you're right, we just gotta move on.

Honestly, the only thing I'm upset about is the double-standard for the final lip syncs - because clearly Q's track record was enough to save her even though she lost the lip sync itself, yet this week Plasma's equally-good track record suddenly *wasn't* enough to save her. It almost feels like the producers realized that they went too far saving Q, and felt like they needed to show fans that they weren't gonna make a habit of ignoring the lip syncs.
It's not a double standard. Amanda did not wipe the floor with Q. She barely won. One could argue that she didn't even win. Q didn't deserve to leave that early. On the other hand, Mhiya demolished Plasma.
