एक और चीज जानने लायक है कि उस समय पीवी नरसिम्हा राव देश के प्रधानमंत्री थे और कॉन्ग्रेस पार्टी के अध्यक्ष भी वही हुआ करते थे। पूरे 5 सालों तक उन्होंने सरकार और संगठन को चलाया था। फारूक चिश्ती इंडियन यूथ कॉन्ग्रेस के अजमेर यूनिट का अध्यक्ष था। नफीस चिश्ती कॉन्ग्रेस की अजमेर यूनिट का उपाध्यक्ष था। अनवर चिश्ती अजमेर में पार्टी का जॉइंट सेक्रेटरी था। ऐसे में ये कहा जा सकता है कि शक्तिशाली कॉन्ग्रेस पार्टी, उसकी तुष्टिकरण की नीति और आरोपितों का समाजिक व वित्तीय प्रभाव- इन सबने मिल कर न्याय की राह में रोड़े खड़े कर दिए थे।
अक्टूबर 1992 में एक पत्रकार मैदान सिंह की हत्या कर दी गई थी, जो अजमेर में ‘लहरों की बरखा’ नामक दैनिक पत्रिका का संचालन करते थे। हॉस्पिटल में घुस कर उन्हें मार डाला गया था।

" हम अपना कल्याण अथवा भला कैसे करें ?"*
अल्लाह नाम का अर्थ हक़ीक़ी माबूद है यानी इबादत का सच्चा हक़दार और इबादत का अरबी में अर्थ हुक्म मानना है। जिसे हम अपनी नाक और अपना माथा उसके सामने टेक कर ज़ाहिर करते हैं। जिसे हम सज्दा कहते हैं। सज्दा अपने अंदर एक अमल है और यह नमाज़ में भी शामिल है।
उर्दू में जब हम इबादत बोलते हैं तो हुक्म मानना ध्यान में नहीं आता, सिर्फ़ नमाज़, दुआ और हज जैसे अमल ही याद आते हैं। यह इबादत का सीमित अर्थ है।
*अल्लाह का एक नाम अर्-रहमान है* जिसका अर्थ है बेहद रहम वाला।
*अल्लाह का एक सिफ़ाती नाम अर्-रहीम है। अर्-रहीम का अर्थ है* सदा रहम करने वाला।
अर्-रहमान नाम से यह पता चलता है कि वह रहम वाला है लेकिन इस नाम से यह ज़ाहिर नहीं होता कि वह रहम करता भी है जैसे धनवान नाम से धन का स्वामी होने का पता चलता है लेकिन धन देने का नहीं। धन देने का पता दानी शब्द से चलता है। जब हम धनवान दानी बोलते हैं तो पता चलता है धन का स्वामी परोपकार में धन देता भी है।
ऐसे ही जब हम अर्-रहमान के साथ अर्-रहीम बोलते हैं तो पता चलता है बेहद रहम वाला सदा रहम करता है।
जब हम *बिस्मिल्लाहिर्-रहमानिर्-रहीम* कहते हैं तो हम कहते हैं:
*'सदा रहम करने वाले बेहद रहम वाले हक़ीक़ी माबूद के नाम से'*
हदीसे क़ुदसी में है...
*अल्लाह कहता है कि 'मेरा बंदा मेरे बारे में जैसा गुमान* *करता है, मैं उसके साथ वैसा ही मामला करता हूँ।*'
...और जब हम *बिस्मिल्लाहिर्-रहमानिर्-रहीम* कहकर अपने क्रिएटर को अच्छे गुणों के साथ पहचानते हैं तो उसके बारे में हमारे गुमान ऑटोमेटिकली अच्छे होंगे। अच्छे गुमान का असर हमारी ज़िन्दगी पर अच्छा ही होना है।
अल्लाह नाम का एक अर्थ परम प्रिय है यानी जो हमें सबसे प्यारा है और मौलाना फज़्लुर्रहमान गंजमुरादाबादी रहमतुल्लाहि अलैह जैसे आलिम दरवेश ने अल्लाह नाम का हिंदी अनुवाद मनमोहन किया है।
यानि मन को मोहने वाला।
पालनहार के सब भाषाओं में अच्छे नाम हैं और मौलाना का अनुवाद देखकर मैं कहता हूँ कि पालनहार के नामों का अनुवाद भी हर भाषा में सुंदर है।
मैं कल्याण की दृष्टि से देखता हूँ कि रब के ये 3 नाम लेने से हमारा माइंड उसके हुक्म पर और हुक्म से नियम पर और रहम पर जाता है।
जिन्दगी में कैसा भी कठिन समय आये इन तीन नामों का जाप करने वाला बड़ी से बड़ी कठिनाई से बाहर निकल आता है।
1- या अल्लाह 2- या रहमान 3- या रहीम
लेकिन इन नामों का जिक़्र और जाप करने के साथ नियम का पालन करना जरूरी है।
क्यों कि जब हम नियम का पालन करते हैं तो हमारा कल्याण होता है और नियम यह है कि
'तुम ज़मीन वालों पर रहम करो, आसमान वाला तुम पर रहम करेगा।'
नियम यह है कि जिस पैमाने से तुम दूसरों को नापते हो, उसी पैमाने से तुम्हें नापा जाता है।
अब हम यह जान सकते हैं कि परमेश्वर हमें किस पैमाने से नापेगा?
हम देखें कि हम दूसरों को किस पैमाने से नापते हैं?
अगर हम चाहते हैं कि अल्लाह हम पर रहम करे तो हम अपने संपर्क में आने वालों पर रहम करें।
अगर हम चाहते हैं कि अल्लाह हमारी मदद करे तो हम कमज़ोरों की मदद करें, चाहे उनका धर्म कुछ भी हो।
इसलिए पैगम्बर हज़रत मुहम्मद सल्लल्लाहो अलैहिवसल्लम ने विपत्ति और परेशानी के समय अल्लाह से मदद और दुआ के साथ सदका यानि दान करने का हुक़्म दिया है।
*और जब हम इस तरह रब का नाम लेंगे तो हमारा कल्याण ज़रूर होगा।*

*कुरआन* में *अल्लाह तआला* ने जहाँ कहीं भी इब्तिदाई तख़लीक़ के हवाले से ज़िक्र किया है तो *"इंसान"* लफ्ज़ इस्तेमाल किया है जैसेकि *"लक़द ख़लक़नल इंसान" , "ख़लक़ल इंसान"*
यानी अल्लाह ने *इंसान* पैदा किया, गोया पैदाइशी तौर पर हर शख्स *"इंसान"* होता है !
*"आदमी"* लफ्ज़ के मायने हैं *"आदम से सम्बंधित"* *कुरआन* में जहाँ कहीं *इंसानों को आदम* से निस्बत दी गई तो *"बनीआदम"* कहकर पुकारा गया है *वहाँ मक़सद आदम के रास्ते पर आने की दावत देना है !*
गोया हर शख्स पैदाइशी तौर पर *इंसान* होता है *लेकिन आदमी सिर्फ़ वो है जो आदम के रास्ते पर हो !*
