    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson joins us to talk about one of our favorite subjects: space.
    In the three-chaptered video, Tyson speaks about the search for alien life inside and outside of the Goldilocks Zone, why the term "dark matter" should really be called "dark gravity," and how the rotation of the Earth may have been the deciding factor in a football game.
    These fascinating space facts, as well as others shared in Tyson's books, make it easier for everyone to grasp complex ideas that are literally out of this world.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    NEIL DEGRASSE TYSON:
    Neil deGrasse Tyson was born and raised in New York City where he was educated in the public schools clear through his graduation from the Bronx High School of Science. Tyson went on to earn his BA in Physics from Harvard and his PhD in Astrophysics from Columbia. He is the first occupant of the Frederick P. Rose Directorship of the Hayden Planetarium. His professional research interests are broad, but include star formation, exploding stars, dwarf galaxies, and the structure of our Milky Way. Tyson obtains his data from the Hubble Space Telescope, as well as from telescopes in California, New Mexico, Arizona, and in the Andes Mountains of Chile.Tyson is the recipient of nine honorary doctorates and the NASA Distinguished Public Service Medal. His contributions to the public appreciation of the cosmos have been recognized by the International Astronomical Union in their official naming of asteroid "13123 Tyson".
    Tyson's new book is Astrophysics for People in a Hurry, you can check it at amzn.to/2zOnXX5
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    TRANSCRIPT:
    NEIL DEGRASSE TYSON: When we think of places you might find life we typically think of the Goldilocks Zone around the star where water would be liquid in its natural state. And if you get a little too close to the star, heat would evaporate the water and you don't have it anymore. It's gone. Too far away it would freeze and neither of those states of H2O are useful to life as we know it. We need liquid water. So you can establish this Green Zone, this habitable zone, this Goldilocks Zone, where if you find a planet orbiting there hey, good chance it could have liquid water. Let's look there first for life as we know it.
    Now it turns out that this source of heat, of course is traceable to the sun and if you go farther out everything water should be frozen, all other things being equal. But Europa, a moon of Jupiter sitting well outside of the Goldilocks Zone is kept warm not from energy sources traceable to the Sun, but from what we call the tidal forces of Jupiter itself. So, Jupiter and surrounding moons are actually pumping energy into Europa. And how does it do that? As Europa orbits Jupiter its shape changes. It's not fundamentally different from tides rising and falling on Earth. The shape of the water system of the Earth is responding to tidal forces of the moon. And when you do that to a solid object, the solid object is stressing. And because of this, a consequence of this is that you are pumping energy into the object. It is no different from when you say to anyone who's familiar with racquet sports, indoor racquet sports. It could be racquetball or squash. You say let's arm up the ball before we start playing.
    You want to hit it around a few times. You are literally warming up the ball. It's not just simply let's get loose. You are literally warming up the ball. How? You are distorting it every time you smack it and then the resilience of the ball pops it back into shape and every time you do that, every smack, you're pumping energy into the ball. It's not fundamentally different from what's going on in orbit around Jupiter. So, you have this frozen world, Europa, completely frozen on its surface but you look at the surface and there are cracks in the ice. There are ridges in the ice where there's a crack and it shifted and then refroze. So this ridge has a discontinuity in the crack and it continues in another place. So what this tells you is that Europe cannot be completely frozen because if it were nothing would be moving. You look at the surface of Europa, the frozen surface, there are like ice chunks that are shifted and refrozen and shifted again. It looks just like if you fly over the Arctic Ocean.
    Fly over the Arctic Ocean in the winter...

      Watching the launch of the crew dragon, I go into thinking what exactly makes moving towards the center of a larger mass for an object so much different than moving away from that center?. From what I understood both trajectories are just following the curvature of spacetime caused by the presence of a larger mass (earth), however in one direction you need to exert a force to escape the gravitational pull in the other the object experiences no force at all. So why? What makes these two directions so distinct? What gives the curvature of spacetime its direction regarding the gravitational pull?

      Tyson is an extremely manipulative weasel. He's political. He's lying about physics. Here is the proof.
      UNDERSTANDING TIME AND THE CLEAR MATHEMATICAL PROOF THAT E=MC2 IS F=MA ON BALANCE, AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity:
      ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity. The stars AND PLANETS are POINTS in the night sky. Gravity AND ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy are linked AND BALANCED opposites, AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity; AS “mass”/ENERGY IS GRAVITY; AS E=MC2 IS F=ma. Therefore, the planets will move away very, very, very slightly in BALANCED relation to what is THE SUN. (Also, carefully consider what is THE EARTH.) Great !!! This explains the cosmological redshift AND the “black hole(s)”. GRAVITATIONAL force/ENERGY IS proportional to (or BALANCED with/as) inertia/INERTIAL RESISTANCE, AS E=MC2 IS F=ma ON BALANCE; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity. Gravity/acceleration involves BALANCED inertia/INERTIAL RESISTANCE, AS E=MC2 IS F=ma ON BALANCE; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity. Gravity IS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy. “Mass"/ENERGY involves BALANCED inertia/INERTIAL RESISTANCE consistent with/as what is BALANCED electromagnetic/gravitational force/ENERGY, AS E=MC2 IS F=ma ON BALANCE; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity. SO, the rotation of WHAT IS THE MOON matches it's revolution; AND objects fall at the SAME RATE (neglecting air resistance, of course) !!! Time dilation ULTIMATELY proves ON BALANCE that E=MC2 IS F=ma, AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity !!! It all CLEARLY makes perfect sense, AS BALANCE AND completeness go hand in hand. Balanced inertia/INERTIAL RESISTANCE is fundamental. Time is NECESSARILY possible/potential AND actual IN BALANCE, AS E=MC2 IS F=ma ON BALANCE; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity !!! GREAT. Stellar clustering ALSO proves ON BALANCE that E=MC2 IS F=ma, AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity.

    A thing on Neutrinos:
    In science class I remember speaking to my teacher after a lesson on NonaTech and later the planck scale, then He went on to talk about the Neutrinos... I asked why they were declared as Particles; And not as a wave. He showed the class the footage of the neutrino detection (or something on it at least) and I thought (and still think today) that "Particle" is the wrong term, in-that what we're actually seeing is rather a "Part" of a wave-form energy, similar to light. My teacher just stared at me and gave me my first issue of BBC FOCUS magazine. Can't forget that memory ever.

      HOW AND WHY E=MC2 IS NECESSARILY AND CLEARLY PROVEN TO BE F=MA ON BALANCE, AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity:
      Energy has/involves GRAVITY, AND ENERGY has/involves inertia/INERTIAL RESISTANCE. C4 is the proof of the fact that E=mc2 IS F=ma ON BALANCE. This explains the fourth dimension. TIME is NECESSARILY possible/potential AND actual IN BALANCE, AS E=MC2 IS F=MA ON BALANCE; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity !!! The stars AND PLANETS are POINTS in the night sky. E=MC2 IS F=ma. ("Mass"/ENERGY IS GRAVITY. ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity.) The EARTH/ground AND what is THE SUN are CLEARLY (on balance) E=MC2 AS F=ma. TIME dilation ULTIMATELY proves ON BALANCE that E=MC2 IS F=ma IN BALANCE, AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity !!! (Gravity IS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy.) The sky is blue, AND THE EARTH is ALSO BLUE. The stars AND PLANETS are POINTS in the night sky. E=MC2 IS F=ma ON BALANCE. Great !!! This NECESSARILY represents, INVOLVES, AND DESCRIBES what is possible/potential AND actual IN BALANCE, AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity. GRAVITATIONAL force/ENERGY IS proportional to (or BALANCED with/as) inertia/INERTIAL RESISTANCE, AS E=MC2 IS F=ma; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/ENERGY IS GRAVITY. Gravity/acceleration involves BALANCED inertia/INERTIAL RESISTANCE, AS E=MC2 IS F=ma ON BALANCE; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity !!! It all CLEARLY makes perfect sense. BALANCE AND completeness go hand in hand.
      E=MC2 is F=ma. This NECESSARILY represents, INVOLVES, AND DESCRIBES what is POSSIBLE/POTENTIAL AND actual IN BALANCE, AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity. Consider the man who IS standing on what is THE EARTH/ground, AND consider what is THE EYE. (Think about the black space of what is THE EYE as well.) Touch AND feeling BLEND, AS BODILY/VISUAL experience is invisible AND VISIBLE IN BALANCE; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity; AS E=MC2 IS F=ma. Objects AND MEN fall at the SAME RATE (neglecting air resistance, of course), AS E=MC2 IS F=ma; AS gravity/acceleration involves BALANCED inertia/INERTIAL RESISTANCE; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity. E=MC2 IS F=ma. The MIDDLE DISTANCE is thus balanced with/as the full distance (in/of space), as the stars AND PLANETS are POINTS in the night sky. This NECESSARILY represents, INVOLVES, AND DESCRIBES what is possible/potential AND actual IN BALANCE, AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity. Time DILATION ULTIMATELY proves ON BALANCE that ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity, AS E=MC2 IS F=ma. Indeed, TIME is NECESSARILY possible/potential AND actual IN BALANCE; AS E=MC2 IS F=ma; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity. (The sky is BLUE, AND THE EARTH IS ALSO BLUE; AND the stars AND PLANETS are POINTS in the night sky.) It all CLEARLY does make perfect sense. BALANCE AND completeness go hand in hand. Gravity IS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy. E=MC2 is F=ma. "Mass"/energy involves BALANCED inertia/INERTIAL RESISTANCE consistent with/as what is BALANCED electromagnetic/gravitational force/ENERGY, AS E=MC2 IS F=ma; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity. Gravity/acceleration involves BALANCED inertia/INERTIAL RESISTANCE, AS E=MC2 is CLEARLY F=ma; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity !!! Accordingly, the rotation of WHAT IS THE MOON matches it's revolution. Gravity AND ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy are linked AND BALANCED opposites, AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity; AS E=MC2 IS F=ma. A given PLANET (INCLUDING WHAT IS THE EARTH) sweeps out EQUAL AREAS in equal times consistent WITH/AS F=ma, E=MC2, AND what is PERPETUAL MOTION, AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity; AS E=MC2 IS F=ma. Gravity IS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy.
      Time dilation ultimately proves ON BALANCE that E=mc2 IS F=ma, AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/ENERGY IS GRAVITY. Time is NECESSARILY possible/potential AND actual IN BALANCE, AS E=MC2 IS F=ma; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity ON BALANCE. Gravity is ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy.
      Great !!!! QUANTUM GRAVITY !!!! E=MC2 IS F=ma. This NECESSARILY represents, INVOLVES, AND DESCRIBES what is possible/potential AND actual IN BALANCE. What are the EARTH/ground AND the SUN are CLEARLY E=MC2 AND F=ma IN BALANCE. Very importantly, outer "space" involves full inertia; AND it is fully invisible AND black. The stars AND PLANETS are POINTS in the night sky. GRAVITATIONAL force/ENERGY IS proportional to (or BALANCED with/as) inertia/INERTIAL RESISTANCE, AS E=MC2 IS F=ma; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity. Gravity/acceleration involves BALANCED inertia/INERTIAL RESISTANCE, AS E=MC2 IS F=ma; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity. (Accordingly, the rotation of WHAT IS THE MOON matches it's revolution.) BALANCE AND completeness go hand in hand. It does ALL CLEARLY make perfect sense. GOT IT !!!! THE SKY is BLUE, AND THE EARTH is ALSO BLUE. Great !!! Now, think about the man who IS standing on what is THE EARTH/ground. Perfect !!!! "Mass"/ENERGY involves BALANCED inertia/INERTIAL RESISTANCE consistent with/as what is BALANCED electromagnetic/gravitational force/ENERGY, AS E=MC2 IS F=ma; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity. Accordingly, objects AND MEN fall at the SAME RATE (neglecting air resistance, of course); AS gravity/acceleration involves BALANCED inertia/INERTIAL RESISTANCE; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity; AS E=MC2 IS F=ma. Gravity IS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy. E=MC2 IS F=ma. It all CLEARLY makes perfect sense.

    "Life as we know it" is the key point here. We don't know if there's another form of life in the Universe that needs different amount of heat/cold ratio to survive and may not even need water at all. Just like we can not be sure there's no other life in the Universe, we can NOT be sure if other life form can exist in different climate and biological conditions.

    Combine:
    1. cosmological constant in Dxy [m^-2] = lp^2/λ^4= lp^2 nxy ^2 [m^2] [m^-4]
    2. schrodinger solution
    3. Planck E= h f= h n
    4. n = number of superpositions = wave function frequency
    And you get: dark matter = superposition of the electron
    Dxy [m^-2] = lp^2/λ^4= lp^2 nxy ^2 [m^2] [m^-4]
    Nxy = sqrt(Dxy / lp^2)=. (Dxy / lp^2) ^0.5= [m^-1] [m^-1] = m^-2
    Then nxy = sqrt ( 10^-52 / 10^ -70) = 10^18 ^0.5 = 10^9
    Schrodinger solution:
    n^2 h^2 / ( 8 m L^2) = h n
    8 m L^2 h n = n^2 h^2
    m = n^2 h^2 /( 8 L^2 h n)
    m = n h 0.125 L^-2
    m= 10^9 10-34
    = 10^-25 ( all superpositions).
    1 particle = 0.331 10^-25 / ( 0.4 10^9) = 0.828 10^-34 kg = 46 eV
    If you count only the positive wave function amplitudes: n = 10^4.5
    then 1 particle = 0.331 10^-25 / ( 0.4 10^4.5) = 0.828 10^-30kg 5.6 10^35= 10^5 ev = 0.5 Mev
    Superposition of electron causes dark matter?
