About challenging +4s:
If someone next to you plays a plus 4, and you suspect he is playing it just to give you cards and that he could've played something else, you can challenge it, and he/she takes +4 instead and your turn is not skipped. Be careful, though; if you fail, you take *_plus 6!_* _and_ your turn is skipped. Just some friendly advice for ya, Ryan...if you even read these things.
