Lift

'Lift' is a short documentary that follows the journey of 20 year old Clare Cherry; a young girl who rises from the downward spiral of depression and finds happiness and success in a healthy lifestyle, fitness and weightlifting.

Clare, I've known you since you were in prep primary school. I was in purple house, and you were in the constant winning blue house each year. I always admired your running skills on the oval and no one could ever beat you. I think a lot of people from primary school would remember you as the most fittest student at such a young age and theres no shame in it.
