Hey Joe. Happy holidays. Large home 5/3? Not even a 1/2 bath? Let’s see. Big front room. Got a peek of the kitchen on entry. Beautiful formal nook. Liking the mid home stair placement. Nice size 1st floor bedroom. Love the bathroom right by the door. No wet tracking through the house. Amazing backyard. Like the split garage but would’ve had the 1 car garage closer to the home to possibly convert to another room or gym or storage. Large laundry 🧺 and split loft. 3 Large bedrooms. Doesn’t make sense in such a large home to have 1 bathroom servicing 3 bedrooms 6 ppl max. The bedrooms large. Scale down in size and add a Jack n Jill between the 1st 2. Large primary indeed. Great closet. Hopefully there was a linen closet. Beautiful home. Just need another bathroom upstairs. Thanks for sharing. 🤗

I agree with you with the 1 car being closer to the entry, but having a 3 car garage is amazing.
