@@MeghnaVerghese yes yes... In fact lacking self care was the exact mistake i had been commiting since 2-3 years almost and the result - I suffered from depression few months this year... I just couldnt study at all before my exams since my mind was unable to take it anymore. And once I started giving myself some time and starting meeting my friends (before 2nd wave), I gradually got better and now I decided to take care of my self even during my exams preperation phase .... .I have decided that I vl not forgo self care at any cost. ❤❤❤
