You may have seen a trailer or review, but this playthrough will feature my impressions, reactions, and commentary throughout 100% of the full game including the ending! SUPER MARIO 3D ALL STARS
Discover (or rediscover) three of Mario’s most iconic 3D platform adventures, all in one package, available on the Nintendo Switch system. Experience Mario’s first foray into 3D platforming in the Super Mario 64 game, originally released in 1996. Wall jump, backflip, and even fly as you explore paintings and collect Power Stars to save Princess Peach! Soak up the sun in the Super Mario Sunshine game, originally released in 2002, and spray the goop away with your water-spouting pal, FLUDD! You’ll need to collect Shine Sprites and clear the picturesque Isle Delfino of pollution-just look out for Bowser Jr. Defy gravity as you explore space in the Super Mario Galaxy game, originally released in 2007! On a bright, sunny day in the Mushroom Kingdom, Mario goes to visit the princess but finds her castle eerily empty. Leaping through pictures hanging from the walls, he enters 15 magical worlds in a quest to collect the 120 Power Stars pilfered by evil Bowser and save the day. The game's vast worlds teem with daunting obstacle courses, hidden items, puzzles and more than 30 types of enemies. Take advantage of Mario's large selection of moves, including running, jumping, swimming, stomping, punching, and even backward somersaulting! Special caps give him short-lived powers, including the ability to fly. Super Mario 64 features unmatched camera control that makes adventuring in its 3D world a snap, even for newcomers.

This video is liberating for me because most of the others I saw playing this game took on the more speed runner and exploitive route. This guy is taking his time and enjoying it 100%, admiring the details. 11/10 for me yo!

I grew up with the ds version of this game and have just started playing it on the switch, and i will say that the ds versions camera is so much better.

I was only born in 2003, but this game is also very nostalgic for me. The DS version of this game was my very first Mario game. Can't wait to play the original on Switch!

I missed out on the n64 games n console. Grabbed a resident evil 2 n64 cart when this gaming trading and collectible store had it in stock. Is it worth the n64 for Mario 64, re2 and a bunch of others or is the ported switch games with Mario basically the same.
@@tmproductions18 As far as I know, the ported Switch game is the exact same other than a few bug fixes. A notable bug that was fixed was the infamous Backwards Long Jump. It basically allowed Mario to gain insane amounts of speed which could be used to bypass certain parts of the game and beat it earlier than intended. It's a super fun glitch that isn't in the Switch version.

My older brother was born in the nineties, while I was only born in the late 2000’s. This didn’t affect my knowledge of these games because my siblings owned a N64 when they were younger and they showed all of their games and played a few of them. The main ones I remember playing were Banjo Kazooie, Banjo Tooie, Super Mario 64, Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Mario Kart 64. They never owned an NES or SNES.

Played the heck out of this back in the day. Tip for you Scott, read the name of the level when you first jump in the painting and that tells you pretty much what to do for that star. The 100 coin missions and red coin missions can be done at any time but keeping it in order makes it simple.

Peach pulls a cake out of the oven. She cuts a slice. The camera zooms in on the knife as it hits the cake to show that beautiful slice being cut. She serves it to Mario and he eats it. He then thanks Peach, they say their goodbyes, and he leaves the castle.

It’s nice to see a play through thats a lot more casual since it really gives off the magic we all felt at one point playing this game
Zack, the saying "Mario wings to the sky" in Bob-omb Battlefield is a reference to one of the many secret courses in the castle(this one is for the Wing cap upgrade(the others are in different courses later on)), to get this one, near the entrance, there is a sun painting on the ground, stand in the middle of the sun, and look up (directly into a window), and you'll be taken to the secret course, hit the button in the middle to unlock the Wing cap (Don't forget to collect the red coins to make the star appear!(yes, every secret course has a star or two in it)).
This 3D thing was like a dream come true. Been waiting for sunshine to be portable since the 3ds.

@@crampedturtle there’s a menu that lists the controls if you pause Mario 64.Also the camera controls are inverted in Mario 64 which might be kinda tough.

Zack is my favorite gameplay CZcamsr. Yes people love to bust his chops for being confused and sometimes relentlessly lost but I love him because he reminds me of myself the very first time i pick up a game and play for the first time....especially an involved Mario game. We have all done our share of running around in circles without a clue on what our next move should be it's nice to see somone else appreciate the struggle lol.

It is super fun I played it on the DS it’s different because you get to play as Mario in this one but you get to play as Wario Luigi Yoshi and Mario in the DS version
