many reasons:
1. kayn has AOE.
2. kayn has two a get out of jail cards.
3. kayn can position where ever he pleases.
4. kayn can poke for free without commiting at all.
5. kayn's clear is a lot better than rengars and he moves around the map a hell of a lot faster; possibly faster than any other jungler.
