  • ✨ So if you are not having any dreams, if you are not dreaming anything, in this video, I will explain what the spiritual meaning of not dreaming actually is.
Because this is something which I get asked quite often by email is that people will say, I'm just not having any dreams. I don't remember any dreams. And what does it mean?Is that respect for meaning to this?
Because usually I think dreams are a kind of way for you to receive messages and downloads. So from a spiritual perspective, that's important.

I am suspicious of some mental health issue for some to not dream . Like a narcissistic person could be so disconnected they do not dream.
Or some trauma has had happened and they have refused to dream or denial protecting them from the dreams !
There is just a great suspicion and doubt when I ask some do you dream and they say no I don't dream !
For me dreams are a huge part of my spiritual life , the dreams read me like a book without any biased or moral considerations just straight up actuality! I have to get the message they are beyond my intellect !

When I sleep, it’s black. Then I wake up. That’s happened for as long as I can remember. Even as a child I just seen black.
I can fall asleep after about 5-10 minutes of going to bed and struggle to wake up…..
    but never dream….

Hey! Thanks for sharing your experience. Everyone's sleep patterns and dream experiences can differ so much. The absence of dreams can sometimes be due to not remembering them rather than not having them at all. If you're curious, you might want to explore techniques like keeping a dream journal or practicing relaxation methods before bed. These might help you recall your dreams over time.

I have been concerned about this lately. For about a year, I was having these dreams where I was going to the same place, but it was different experiences in the same place every night. This had stopped a few months ago and then without intention I began to Lucid dream for short periods, and then all of a sudden, nothing. I cannot remember the last time I had a dream. I feel now that I am going somewhere that I am not supposed to remember. Very strange.

Hey! You've been on quite a journey with your dreams! It's not uncommon to go through phases where dream activity and recall change. Sometimes, our subconscious takes us to places we're not yet ready to consciously process. Trust that your mind knows what it's doing. If you want to explore these experiences further, consider keeping a dream journal or practicing relaxation techniques before bed to aid in recall. Dreams can be mysterious, but they often hold deeper meanings and insights.

Is there a Spiritual meaning of not having Déjà vu anymore? I used to have it quite often but now I think its been close to 3 years since. My dreams are absolutely amazing and theres times when I don’t feel like Im even here. Im sure you understand what I mean. So is this lack of déjà vu because I AM on a different timeline or is it something else? Please help …. Thank you 🙏 🫶 … 🕊️💓🌎

Hey! The absence of déjà vu can indeed have a spiritual meaning. It suggests that you've shifted to a new timeline or phase in your life where your path feels more aligned and less familiar. Your amazing dreams and occasional feelings of not being fully "here" indicate a deep connection to other dimensions and experiences. Your spiritual growth and awakening have moved you beyond the need for déjà vu. Embrace this change and trust your journey.
