Jennifer pack up, he wanted michelle to move in with them.. way I understood, she never stepped back??? She's cost her dad tons of $$$$ on this 5 year lawyer bills for her fault in all this.. she stocked him with jealously after she didn't get her way with Jennifer

The trial was long and thorough. The jury deliberations took a few days which meant that they went through all the evidence. Job done!
They did a great job, and it wasn’t a full eight hours every day that they deliberated.
The prosecution did a brilliant job and got it right!
I get it. On the other hand it’s tough to believe she had no knowledge and was oblivious as he drove around to different trash cans. I have to believe even an acquaintance would ask wth we doing?
Funny, that was my exact thought moments ago. If I'm in car with ANYONE I knew and they out of nowhere began random stops to turf rubbish, I would ask. And I can assure you if the answer didn't make sense, I would press until it did.
Excuse me, Sir Jennifer is dead and Michelle help with the cleanup and disposal of bloody belongings, she rode around with them in the car and then drove with Dulos to drop the Tacoma to get detailed at the car wash.

Have some compassion for a man who did his best at a hard job. How would you feel if you worked for years on a case, devoting your life to helping g someone, and then losing the case. That has to be a huge emotional toll. He deserves credit for talking to the press when he didn’t have to. He was being honest. He’s probably wiped out and exhausted. Lest any of us end up in Michelle’s position and need someone to defend us, we should all keep our egotistical judgments to ourselves about what you thought of a man trying his best to go his job. By the way, he HAS to object for appeals court or he loses his option to appeal. Again: doing his job.
He spent most of his time defending what a wonder person Fotus was. He should have been concentrating how Michelle was a victim. He was hell bent on getting the dirt on Jennifer. Had no sympathy for Jennifer's family. He should have been tooting Michelle's character rather than trying to destroy Jennifer.

Technicalities.....is that what justice for the death of a loving mother of 5 and a victim of domestic abuse should hinge on?!! The woman who was convicted today carried on an affair with a married man and was willing to move in with him even as he refused to divorce his wife and set her free. Troconis demonstrated her capacity for cruelty and lack of empathy for a fellow woman and mother right then and deserves the verdict. I also do think she went along with Dulos plan and helped him execute it. Her crying today is unlikely to be from true remorse and more likely feeling sorry for her own future fate. The public needs to know people like this exist. Also people like this Defense Attorney..I can understand that everyone needs legal representation, but defending her outside of court too?!!! Not ok.

Reading between the lines of the defense attorney's comments, I wonder if one of the major issues on appeal will be denial of the 6th Amendment right to effective counsel? That initial lawyer sat there for hours upon hours letting the police intimidate her (3 big beefy guys at once) and grill her into oblivion. Not saying she's innocent, but IMO he never should have allowed that and should have advised her to invoke her 5th Amendment privilege against self-incrimination..

The Atty is correct at what he is saying. Watching this case day and day out, I heard a lot of errors from this case on behalf of the judge as well the state.
