Ive been exploring the areas from Melbourne down to Stuart. I decided for Mother's Day that i wanted to visit Vero Beach for the day, so we took rhe 2.5 hour drive over I am head over heals in love with this community. Vero Beach won out, hands down. Now were gonna start figuring out what we can get for our budget and start looking.
Sounds like a plan, would love to work with you!
Call or email me anytime.
Good info overall but try to avoid HOA communities. Those are the worst!
Great info thanks
Thank you Nameer!
Great information. Can you do more content on the $200,000 - $300,000 market. I Especially like that you highlight non-HOA options. Low HOA would be good too.
I have several builders in the Sebastian & Palm Bay Area that could work in that price range. Iâll make videos about them soon! If youâd like to know sooner than that give me a call 772-453-0100
If not on the island, is flood insurance required? Is Vero all evacuation zones or just parts? Thx.
About the Noseeums - are there areas that have less of those than others. The Wabasso Beach area has a high activity level.
They are all up and down Florida near any water source.
Lakes, rivers, ocean, etc.
Living further west with no lakes is the best way to keep away from them.
Thanks for the video. Can you get a new pool home somewhere in Vero for approximately 500 K?
You can get a new home in the mid 300âs and add a pool afterwards for around $75k. That would be the best way to approach it! Call me anytime if you want to start searching.
@@livingthefloridaeastcoast Thank you!
Is this recorded on a go pro?
Yes. I recorded the whole thing and forgot to put it on linear plus mode. It would have been much more aligned if I remembered to do that
Put 10% down on a condo finance the rest but the shitty part is the HOA
Wow, some of those HOA fees are just ridiculous! ? Not for me no matter how much $$ I have.
Condo fees are getting outrageous, I agree
