I was planning for next month so is it safe in terms of Landslides and road conditions, floods. How much will be the risk ? As you well experienced in traveling to manali, I assume you will definitely understand the current weather forecast more appropriately. So can you give me the honest feedback is July good month to go by seeing the current weather report....
