I have been suffering from acid reflux with stomach pain and chest pain for the past 9 months! I go through pain every day! I do not know what else to do! I have been facing this issue for almost a year now and also dry mouth. I first thought it is from mouth so I got my teeth cleaned and the dentist assured me that it will cure the bad breath but it didn’t. I have gerd issues but that is normal from a while and i also think i have sinus because i usually have running nose when i get up and a kind of irritation in nose. Living with a Hiatus hernia I may try this. I’ve been on meds for 3.5 yrs now for the worst reflux when sleeping.
Even i had reflux disease (GERD) PLEASE TRY DRINKING CABBAGE JUICE ON EMPTY STOMACH and some Yoga in out door during sunrise and sunset in the golden hour exposing your navel(as much as your body to the sun) it will definitely help you... Since centuries the optimal home remedy for constipation will be to take castor oil. Remember that castor oil is the only laxative that will not work directly in the intestines by irritating them, but indirectly by activating and synthesizing certain substances in the human body. So any habituation of the human body or diminishing laxative effect is absolutely impossible and castor oil is suitable in a special manner for chronic constipation. Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach; eventuelly later a second tablespoon castor oil.

Well fennel or saunf never helped my hubby. He rather prefers hing, ajwain and kala namak. With luke warm water. It is more effective. Take hing and namak a pinch and ajwain a teaspoon.
