I’m struggling a lot right now, after I finished college I didn’t have the motivation to do anything. But I recently started going out more, and took one of my friends to a local sea life centre. It really brought back my love for aquatic animals a lot, and it brought me so much peace and cleared my head from any negative and depressing thoughts. Watching the fish swim through the water, and the music soothes me, it really keeps me at peace.

why not start your own tank? with invention of blue spectrum LEDs anyone can have a tank and keep corals healthy, thriving, and growing so much it can become a problem. join a saltwater q/a forum, they usually will give solid advice and suggestions for anyone new. they want to help prevent you from making their mistakes.
Edit: before LEDs the lighting was too hot and tank temp needs to be 80 day and night. Metal halide (what i use) would boil a tank any less than 40g gallons but now with LEDs you'll see reef tanks 5 gallons or smaller! They are much harder to maintain but it can be done now.
