As someone who's well versed in Quickbooks desktop and online software - I 100% agree it is NOT the greatest platform for rental income. Side note: I have fallen in love with your channel. You do a great job at explaining some of the more intimidating financial burdens/milestones that we all have to go through. I really appreciate what you're doing here!

Good morning Mike. Good to see a promotion of a product that will likely help others. It is too bad that the tax reporting is harder than running a rental property. My financial life is going ok. Just waiting for my brokerage to cough up with the 2023 numbers. I cut my selling in half so it shouldn't take as long this year.
