Croatia Road Trip | BEST OF the Istrian Peninsula

- After leaving the Caucasus region behind, we headed to Croatia to start a road trip in the Balkans! We flew into the capital city of Zagreb and then made our way out to the Istrian Peninsula in the far northwest of Croatia.
We spent several days exploring the two very distinct parts of Istria -- Blue Istria and Green Istria. In Green Istria there are vineyards and olive trees and medieval hilltop villages... whereas Blue Istria is full of colorful seaside towns, marinas, and beautiful beaches.
It is a beautiful area of the country and was the perfect start to our road trip!

I've been to istria and its amazing
I just finished watching the Georgia series, which is where I live. You got everything so right in a place that I’m familiar with that I’m hooked to follow you on the rest of your journey. I have some catching up to do, but you two are a joy. I wish you safe travels and plenty of views.

Your video is marvellous, and cometary shows you know "what you are filming", so to put it. I just do not get the "Mexican food craving" bit at the end - no offence to Mexican food, but it's like missing a poke in the eye instead of enjoying the very best of Mediterranean food...
