В третьем периоде Вегас поддавливал - в результате чего сравнял. И в овертайме совершенно безобразно разыграли 4 на 3 (снова сняв вратаря). Миннесота за снятие вратаря в овертайме не получит даже одного очка за проигрыш. В этот раз риск был не оправдан.
Так они вроде как обладатели кубка и должны были раскатать в одну калитку, но вместо этого выиграли на халяву, потому что миники рискнули, но неудачно.

I don't understand why I see people keep arguing "They needed 2 points, 1 does nothing for them." That may be true but you get 2 points no matter how you win and pulling the goalie does NOT increase your chance of winning the game. It only increases the chance of scoring on that particular possession while decreasing your chance to win. It's a stupid move no matter how you look at it.
There not trying to catch Vegas , looking for wildcard spot. should have let it go to a shootout for the extra point with your best goalie in the net.

Гусь сегодня просто монстр, тащил всё что летело и ползло. 4 на 3 задумка интересная, но сегодня не срослось. До сих пор удивляюсь, как такая средненькая команда как голодные смогла взять кубок. Удача, везение. Дырявый кипер маслят слил им серию, кошаки высадили основных претендентов, но на финал у них сил не хватило, да и длинные выходные расслабили. Повезло.

Cross check to Eichel just prior to Eichel getting called for spearing. The refs missed a lot of calls from both sides.
