- A cover of the song Evil by the band Interpol that includes sheet music for the vocal, guitar, bass, and drum parts. The vocal parts are written using staff notation and the guitar, bass, and drum parts are expressed with tablature.

- AKG P220 microphone for the vocals
- Shure SM57 mic for the instruments
- Ibanez S521 guitar w/ Fender Mustang LT25 amp
- Ibanez SR300E bass guitar w/ Fender Rumble 25 amp
- Alesis Q49 MKII MIDI controller for the drums and synths
Mixed in Cakewalk by BandLab. Vocal processing, including pitch correction, done with Melodyne 5 Essential (version without pitch correction available here: • Interpol - Evil (Cover... ).

Why the fuck arent you playing in Drop D ;/ i know you dont have to but interpol is all drop d
As a bassist a ive tried playing in drop D it sounded kinda goofy and low and not the way you want it dosent sound awsome obstacle 1 is the same but no i in threesome public pervert the new thosr do require drop D slipknot uses alot of B F# B E you dont have to but it dosent sound the same devil in i is the exception but vermillion pt 2 with bass is in standard tuning i tried it in drop D didnt sound good(and also if you do play it in drop d it you have to play diffrent fret which would take alot of getting used to sooo not being mean just saying)
@@ohgod9872 nah bruh i play evil and obstacle 1 in drop d it sounds way deeper and legit and epic. you dont get the same impact in standard.
@@bearzdlc2172 yeah it does i play obstacle 1 in drop D beacause starndard uses the 1 and 0 frets but the like main reason hes playing evil in starnrad is cause the way he learned it its the i learned it most interpol songs can be used in standard
And not all interpol is in drop d all the rage back home and obstacle 2 are in standard
@@ohgod9872 nah theyre all played drop d. carlos only used it, they still do afterwards as well, it just makes some easier to play in standard but i personally never go off drop d because i only play along to interpol for fun
