Opera: The Pastiche Project

This semester, BFA Vocal Performance majors participated in The Pastiche Project - the creation and production of two student-devised, original works.
These projects are a composition made up of text created by students using theatrical devising techniques, coupled with arias and musical theater pieces. The entire production was shot remotely in dorm rooms, homes, and rehearsal spaces. Music students collaborated with art students from the course, “Real-time Animation”, to provide digital, animated backgrounds for their pieces.
