Great guide, but one crucial thing to add: before killing mobs for salvages you need to use the speach option of q giver to get centurian beacon, otherwise the shards will never drop 😄

Okey, mind have been my bad then, only knew that I had to get it separately, have first hand knowledge since killed mobs for some time cursing the low droprate before noticing that never got the lantern 😀
You're right. I just completed the quest then I had to click the npc again to ask for a beacon.
I also didn't get the lantern until I did the quest dialogue, just did it. I have all the "play the game for you" addons too
The gnome female was shown on the preview. I didn't expect to see a bald undead.

Quick question in the timing.. I have NWB so I see the timers over the various spawns.. is the flower cleansable / clickable at any time the timer is white and counting down, and therefore, only not cleasable once that timer goes red? I ask because I've cleansed flowers and not been able to click on them afterwards.
So basically throughout the map there are many timers, and right next them it shows what Layer they are in. Once the timer gets to 0 seconds that's when they will become lootable. Just double check you are camping on that is on your same layer.
Same happened to me. Is it bugged?
No you have to unborn your WBs before clicking the flower or it bugs and won't give you the serenade buff.

I heard it does not stack with world buff, anyone knows?
That is not true, it does stack with World Buffs. You can have the new ST World Buff, DMF, and Songflower active at the same time
What addon shows the timers on the map?
I’m not really too sure. Maybe from Questie

Songflower was changed for Season of Discovery. You don't need to do any quest or turn ins or anything. You just wait at the Songflower and click it when it spawns.

@@sirnicholibraden86 Yup I've never done the quest for the salve turn in on any of my characters and I'm able to get the Songflower buff on all of them every week.

Or dont bother with this. It doesn't matter in the long run. Use your wow time for fun not farming or parsing like its a second job. Point of wow is to have fun ingame
It might be what's fun for them. Just because something isn't fun for you doesn't mean irs the same for everyone else. I don't do the paraing my self I don't find it fun. But they do. My self I'm waiting for p4 before I get sweaty
