I absolutely love how every individual was an intricate participant, making it a team ministry. Yes some are anointed more in areas where others are anointed more in different ones. But with a praise team, all the attention being on one takes away from the essence of the praise ministry, putting attention on that one person's performance, rather than the meaning of the performance itself. I love it!
