I can't believe how quickly the time has gone with our little Rosie girl. There is so much me and my partner Scotty has learned about taking care of our new furry family member. What is an F1B Goldendoodle?
The backcross (F1B) Goldendoodle is produced by crossing an F1 Goldendoodle with a Poodle (non-related of course). The F1B Goldendoodle is 75% Poodle which makes this generation the most hypo-allergenic of all the Goldendoodle generations

Our Goldendoodle is 10 weeks old . So we are going threw all the things you have talked about . He has learned a lot but so much more to go. But we love it all and know what pleasure he is going to bring us. He is a Mini and was 5 lbs . We are getting older and want a smaller one because we just lost our Standard size to Cancer . But he was 74 lbs and hard for my husband to handle . He was only 2 years olds . So this little one has been a Blessing . He sure keeps us busy .

I read the other comments and we think this young dog is great. Maybe we just got the pick of the litter but she is everything we were hoping to get for a long time. I grew up with a father that was a dog breeder and trainer with hunting breeds and I learned a lot growing up feeding and training hunting dogs that when the dog was ready for the real hunting life my father could get up to $10,000 to 15,000 dollars per dog and the hunters in our part of the country loved what they could own and hunt. Well we feel the same way about our young Golden Doodle and she is so much fun and she is smart as much as any dog I’ve ever been around. We totally love Maxie and her fantastic personality and sweetness. Hey you can’t go wrong with one of this breed unless you buy from a poor breeder.
My golden doodle will be born this week, so I'll pick her up in about 8 weeks or so!! So excited!! Great information 👍

I’ve been hearing that you should wait after the first heat before spaying. That way it allows for some growth to avoid UTI issues later in life.

My vet told me 6 months is too early to spay. It's best for puppy to spay after 1 heat cycle to reduce risk of cancer and UTI

So funny, I also use my tangle- teezer for my dog.
I tried so many brushes.
He hates these regular dog brushes, with the scratchy bristles.
Ha! Okay amazing! I'm always nervous I'm going to scratch her skin! Works like a charm 😉🥰
@@AmandaWeldon Yes, that's what I thought when he ran away from the brush...it looked like it hurt him.
But he makes a fuss about showering as well & outside he loves the water...so water doesn't hurt either 😉

ours and name is rosie just killed a kitten,, by paying with it so you've got to watch that ! Goldendoodle's are very playful as pups so watch them ,she plays hard with our other dogs which are tiny , they dont know how big they are , just want to play ! but they a very smart dogs and learn fast , got to teach them right from wrong

Great question! We did everything the vet offered so had her covered through that. I'd definitely inquire more with your local vet. ☺️

Oh my gosh Heidi I feel like she has just gotten sweeter with time now! We think maybe 20lbs but to be honest we have no idea (which is wild). The breeder said around 20-30 lbs but she's a wee lady haha

Hello, just watching your video right now and I know its been a year since you made this. We live in Pickering and our big boy 12 year old labradoodle passed away just a couple of months ago. I thought of not getting another one because of the pain that my wife and I still suffering but there’s this void that was left when our Einy passed. After all that feelings we’re now “thinking” of getting another one but a smaller one, our Einy is a lean 80 lbs boy. We’re are now in our senior year so mini would be most appropriate with our age. So if you don’t mine, my question is where did you find your adorable Rosie? I find that these breeders are asking a bit expensive nowadays. Thanks you and enjoy the coming good weather. Cesar
Cesar, oh my gosh my heart goes out to you and your family. I know that exact feeling and my heart breaks for you guys. I was just asking Scotty and the breeder we got Rosie from is no longer breeding but we cannot recommend mini F1B golden doodles enough. She is 20lbs full grown and truly the perfect family dog and perfect for us to manage. I am sending some thoughts your way and some loving thoughts to Einy as well. He was so lucky to have you guys as his owners ♥️ wishing you all the best

Do you ever hear someone lookig to kind a new home
Most vets say to neuter later in life , like 1-2 years so they can develop.
Some vets say to do it early before they develop. Some vets just want to take money from you and some are honest. Find a reputable VET. 100%.
me and my mom are getting a medium sized golden doodle from sunnyview doodles and we are very nervous. I'm still in school so my parents will have to look after the dog for 6 hours monday - friday and we're working on a plan. We get to bring home the dog mid september (8 weeks) and I cannot wait! Please any tips/advice would be nice!
Aw you are going to love it! Don't stress too much :) The beginning will be the toughest just when they're a little pup but just know it gets so much easier! Plus it's just the best having such a wonderful little soul around ready to give you all of the snuggles. Highly recommend that book The Perfect Puppy. And then just all of the other little tips in this vid! :)

Dry is inappropriate for any animal. Feed raw with veggies if you care about her nutrition and brush her teeth if you want them clean. Your teeth would not be very clean if you ate crunchy nuggets would they? Vets don't know anything about dog or cat food. Talk to a professional dog nutritionist or research ingredients on your own.
