Like for Mr. Necrodrakon, Alsa goes on the side, but if I teleport Koko in, Alsa lands in the front instead

Rhys will definitely see more play in the future. He converts all attack speed and haste into pure atk%. If paired with someone like Parisa, this would give him +60% atk. Also under-used heroes like Walker enhance crit damage taken by bounty enemies. There is a lot of team synergy potential here.
