Get a Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop, I got mine 2 Black Fridays ago for like 500$ lol, been playing skater xl on there ever since

I have a nitro 5 with a gtx1050 and I can only play the alpha build. The 1.1 it’s unplayable for me, too much lag

My eggs are in the same basket as yours regarding street maps, I’d pay for O.G downtown if it became available as DLC, but only if I knew Jean Olive would be getting the majority of the cut or at least paid outright for the map by easy day. I’m figuring at this point we’re all just waiting on Skate 4

Can anyone direct me to how I get started on PC with this game? Do I need a gaming PC and the controller? Any help would be amazing. I want to start utilizing this game the right way. ✌🏽
controller is needed, pc specs will be on the steam page for the game, but you dont need a very powerful pc to run it
I play on a acer gaming laptop with my ps4 controller lol, but I still need to download the modding stuff, just playing with vanilla stats at the moment 👌🏾
Skater XL is pretty light weight so you don’t have to a super high end PC but I always recommend future proofing yourself a little bit if you can afford it and get something a little above your needs.
Grab what every controller youre most comfortable with, just make sure it’s PC suitable either with a USB cord or a wireless USB adapter.
