Awesome video!! I don’t think I fully understand the shears. So do they just thin the fur to be lighter and more feathery or does it actually take off length? I used it on my Shih Tzu’s tail and it helped his thick fur be more flowy of a tail than the thick duster it was before lol also what is good to use on their head to round it out and look fluffy?

Thank you. Thank you for this video. Toby is adorable, and I love his haircut. I have a Shih Tzu mixed with Bichon, so his hair is very curly. He's a trip and hates nail cutting time, but he's best in his harness. I love how you go into detail, and I'm hopefully going to be bathing and practicing on my little one today. ❤

I have a Shih Tzu he's almost a year old. I groom him myself. But I don't get to particular with how his body is shaped. I have some clippers with some different combs and I just shave him and then I bathe him after the shave job so he's not itchy.
But he really hates his face being messed with. I comb his beard out daily to keep it looking nice.
How much is it for a Shih Tzu to get groomed typically in your opinion??
