It is very convenient location and it has a shuttle bus also. At the moment the first shuttle bus is 09:15 so it’s best to walk

There's an even quicker route now! Turn left just after the police station and then turn right at the next junction and you end up at the bus station

I am spending a night at Hi Park Serris and will be walking to Newport Bay Hotel to checkin the next morning. Can you access Newport Bay on foot from the vehicle entrance?

No you can’t you have to go through disney village and walk around
