This is one of the most insightful conversations I've heard. Truly, people like me do not generally have people we can go to for good direction, thank you for bringing Mr. Banda here. I needed to hear this; "BELIEVE IN YOURSELF."

What has stood out for me, is this gentleman's confidence and ability to walk away from things that fuel him and are not in alignment with his goals. And he repeatedly advises to do. Note to self: take more risks. Know thyself.

As someone who is a recent graduate and the first in their family to take agriculture as a profession it's really hard to find people or mentors to talk to about career growth in this field. Definitely challenging but thank you Mr Banda for the encouraging words. Because the job market isn't easy at all and at times companies are not willing to give a chance to recent graduates to gain experience all in all thank you Suwilanji for this podcast.

This podcast really gives the average Zambian a dynamic perspective. People need to be reminded that, they too are destined for something great.
I would also appreciate if Nicholas Kabaso was brought on the podcast.

That's my director PB. 🤭🤭Ohhh 🤭I am honestly really touched by your story my director, and this encourages me a lot to continue believing in my dreams and keep pushing with faith knowing that all things are possible and you can become who you want if you continue believing in yourself and keep working hard🤗. If you continue fighting for want you want there's hope that you will get what you want one day, but if you give up life will offer you what it already has in store. Peace be still with you my director and Suwilanji always. And I look forward to a day where I will sit on that table and be interviewed.
