Watched it on FLO Racing...Mike drove really well and the car worked really good down low on the rail. Really drove up off of 2 and down the back stretch. Keep rolling!!

That was fun! I saw him falling back at the beginning and thought "Good Strategy mike save them tires!" And as laps progressed I kept freezing the video when the leader post came up and seen him climbing thru the field. Congrats!
This was a great race for Mike enjoyed watching him moving up in traffic.

Fantastic patience shown by Mike in finally getting to the bottom and then making it work so well. Superb job of race editing by Mandee as I did not know the outcome and was audibly bummed when the race ended! Glad to see Art and Lance back at the track and Team 35 seems to be cooking...go get 'em at Malta!!!

Mike had the fastest car there. Last 20 laps he was gaining on stewy. Imo one more caution he would have won. I was there great show!
Mike needed a few more laps. That was the highlight of the race was Mike ripping through the field

Needed a caution...badly. Mike was definitely the smoothest and quickest on that track over the final 70 odd laps. It's hyperbolic at this point but, I believe that the 44 would have been SOL if there was a late restart.
I was out there for yesterday's program and boy, VERY fortunate to draw group 1. The speed fell off BIG TIME. Hats off to the track crew for grooming the track so well. It's great that they don't try to make track something that it's not. Classic dry/slick weedsport! Wide, slick and Racey all program long.
Keep up the good vibes and positivity! Success breeds success and positivity goes a long way. Mike patiently hauled the mail last night and it sure was a sight to behold!🏁🏁
What a run, just knew he was gonna draw 10, but also knew that was just going to make it more fun to watch him go to the front. Great job Mike!! And Mandee, the video quality was awesome, best so far this season.
i too was hoping for a caution with like 10 to go, i like Freisen but i just wanted to see if Mahaney could get around him again you know.... just to repeat the Albany-Saratoga SDS ending from last year :D
Was definitely on the edge of my seat, especially toward the later stages of the race when he was moving up consistently. I was really hoping for a yellow, as it's hard to pass lapped cars when they are racing 2 & 3 wide for their own positions. The racing gods didn't hear me, but I'm sure my neighbors did. Hopefully, they will forgive me!! 😉🤣
Glad to see "the band" back together! By the sounds of it, you won't be going to the SDS race at Lebanon Valley, so best of luck at Albany-Saratoga!

No Mandy the problem with the whole thing is that Mike set fast time and won his heat race,he should have started on the pole of the feature!! I hate it when they do them redraws but that’s what you have to put up with when they make you redraw. Great job Mike on your 2nd place finish , and and thank you Mandy for letting me come along for the ride. And god bless our country and troops who have gave us all what the freedom to do what we all love.🙏❤️🏁🏆🇺🇸

I drove 4 hrs one way from Vermont to watch Mike race didnt get home tell 3:30am but it was worth it he definitely had the fastest car out there just bad draw but he was closing in on friesen sucks when ur fighting with cars that are a lap down that are just in the way..... just few more laps or a caution he would have won but hell of job for 2nd
Is Billy Jr running Georgetown this Friday? Perhaps he is running Big Diamond? The last Georgetown race Jordan Watson won there were additional $$$ offered by other sponsors and he took home over $4,300.
why don't these tracks use a sheepsfoot roller on the track so it holds the moisture.
make this show modified only and dont go on the track till sun s almost down! I have never been a fan of Weedsport since the current ownership bought it and made all the improvements... I mean its great for the fans (other than the dust) but havent liked the racing that much. although the last few times guys could pass and come up through the field. congrats on another solid run!
One thing I find amazing is the dedication of the teams, like Mike’s, who drive 5 hours to race, spend 8 hours at the track racing, talking, signing, and drive 5 hours home. Mike probably made it home for 5am. That’s a lot of work in 24 hours

First race I saw live this year, great job of dropping the hammer to keep it off the wall, and just to show he wasn’t flustered, set fast time.

Very judicious use of the gas pedal. Probably saved more rubber than the competition did. Good job!
