You need to watch a few more videos on how to actually paint and how to move the arm and gun. The gun should mostly be straight and not sweeping the panels side to side like you were doing because it causes inconsistencies in the paint laying down. Your wrist should be mainly straight and you are sweeping with your arm, not the wrist. Practice is what makes us all better and we all didn't start out as professionals so all in all you did a pretty decent job. Try watching UPK (Underground Paint King), Paint Society, Bodevision, Triggerman, etc... You will learn a lot just from watching their movements and how they release the trigger once they sweep a panel and then sweep back onto that same panel.

It just a plastic drop cloth you can get them from harbor freight or lowes for around 2 dollars
