Great job, Brennen! Thanks for sharing your story. Right at the end you guys were discussing turn times. One thing we've implemented is expedite fees. We ask our customers to pay a premium for quick turn jobs. Then you dont have to feel guilty for staying late to get a job done, because you're getting paid for your "overtime".
Thank you! It was really cool to do! For sure! We didn’t talk about it but, We do charge an expedited fee for certain things and certain deadlines! That right there is an amazing tip for people wanting to start offering fast service!
…turn around time… is why I bought a cheap setup, for the small parts… the big parts are stuck at the powder coater still… 4 weeks and counting…. Again 6 weeks last time… they are high quality place , I have a couple other choices, but not high quality… they do most of the airplane fuselages up here in alaska…
That’s crazy, we heard a lot of that and decided someone needed to change that around here, that’s why we implemented the importance of the 1-2 week turnaround time, our clients pay extra(not a ton extra) for just being able to have their parts back in a reasonable time!

They really bounce around, its up to the distributor to name the price, gema does not do a good job of setting min. pricing. Electron guns are 4500, same if not better technology, light built in, 120 kv, 120 ua, bluetooth and more. If your interested check out www.ctsainc.com
