What is ASMR? According to Wikipedia:
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR), sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson.
ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control.

I remember going for an eye test a long time ago and the Optician had such a soft and relaxing voice it was hard to concentrate. Glad this video is here so I can just quietly observe.
I love this concept for ASMR so much. The only thing missing is the wonderful complex clicking sounds that come from that big machine arm thing that usually holds the lenses for "1 or 2"

I had an eye check up the other day, i told the optometrist all about you and how excited i was for my appointment 😂😂 she told me the equipment she was using, and i had a slit lamp examination that was my favourite

Funny thing is I just took out my contacts and I was wondering how am I seeing some clarity lol 😅. Question: when you were saying the refractive powers, you started off low then high? I just noticed that. Learning something new every video from you lol
I've always thought a good way to film things like these so the glasses appear real. Have a manikin head, cut a hole in the eye for the lens to focus through, that way the glasses will sit like on a person.
